Nighthawk holds a 75% working interest in the Jolly Ranch shale oil project in Colorado, USA, covering over 350,000 gross acres. Nighthawk Production LLC, a 100% owned subsidiary, is the operator of the project.

Up to 5 July 2013, the Group holds an exclusive option to acquire the outstanding 25% working interest in the project.
